Join Teresa, a brave young woman who embarks on an extraordinary journey to recover the ingredients for an ancient culinary recipe. Guided by a mysterious Ukuku (a mystical character), they will travel to the most vibrant corners of Peru, discovering its cultural richness, traditions, and the flavors that give life to its identity.
More than a story, this is a sensory experience that awakens the senses with aromas, textures, and emotions that transport the viewer to a world full of magic and tradition.

Six-course tasting menu accompanied by three cocktails, with live presentations of emblematic dishes that highlight Peruvian ingredients.
SARA (cocktail): Peruvian corn whiskey with chicha de jora, a ceremonial drink from the Andes, and hints of pineapple.
CONCHA Y TUMBO: Fan shells on olluco purée, bathed in fresh tumbo ceviche juice, chalaquita and olluco chips.
CEBICHE: Slices of sole marinated with lemon and ají limo from the coastal valleys of Piura and Lambayeque, red onion plumes, glazed sweet potato and corn.
ROCOTO AREQUIPEÑO: An iconic chili pepper in Peruvian cuisine, stuffed with slow-cooked beef stew, topped with paria cheese and finished in the oven, accompanied by potato cake and cheese foam.
EL DORADO (cocktail): A cocktail made with grapefruit and camu camu, a fruit from the Peruvian jungle, accompanied by chili liqueur and Peruvian agave distillate, a delicious combination that transports you to the majesty of the Peruvian jungle.
ARROZ CON PATO: Duck marinated in a rich mixture of chicha de jora, zapallo loche, and cilantro, ferreñafano rice cooked in a traditional northern dressing and finished to a mellow point with chalaquita criolla.
CORDERO DEL ALTIPLANO: Lamb ribs (Ayaviri, Puno), cooked to perfection with fennel aromas, accompanied by “cacho de toro” potatoes, mashua, oca, and arracacha purée, a tuber native to the Andean region, grown at an altitude of 3,000 meters.
FLORA (cocktail): Under the radiant sun of Ica, Pisco, a spirit that symbolizes the tradition and pride of Peru, is distilled and accompanied by coca liqueur, an ancestral leaf from our mountains, flavored with cucumber, apple, and drops of white chocolate.
CACAO OLIVO: Peruvian chocolate with 70% cocoa, salt from the town of Maras in the Cusco region, located at an altitude of 3,000 meters, and olive oil.

What you need to know
- Do you offer options for people with allergies or dietary restrictions?: The tasting menu may contain red meat, fish, scallops, citrus fruits, capsaicin, peanuts, dairy products, gluten, cilantro, cocoa, and fermented foods. If you or any of your guests have a severe allergy to fish or scallops, please contact us at least four days before the event at viajeros@tukutravel.com or WhatsApp +51 940748076. Otherwise, it will not be possible to make changes to the menu on site.
- What time does the show start?: Access to the venue is from 7:30 pm, and the show starts at 8:00 pm, lasting approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. After this time, entry to the venue will not be permitted, and you will lose your ticket without the right to a refund or change of date. We recommend that our customers arrive at the appointed time.
- No-show: If the customer does not attend the reserved performance, they will not be entitled to date changes or refunds.
- Seats: will be assigned according to seat availability at the time of purchase.

- Minimum reservation up to 02 days before the tour.
- Rates are valid for regular dates and do not apply to holidays or high season, when 50% is added to the regular price.
