Itinerary
1
Day 1
Full Day Canta and Obrajillo
First Boarding Point – Av. Javier. Prado / Av. Aviación.

At the indicated hour, the official tour guide and the transportation will depart to our destination.
Departure to Cordillera La Vida, (05 hours approximately) in tourist mobility, from the place of concentration.
11:00 a.m.: On the way we will pass by the Petroglyphs of Checta, where traces have been found on stones where you can see stylized drawings of animals, humans in hunting, elements of the cosmos and other somewhat abstract that are presented to various interpretations.
Continuing the tour, a stop will be made in Santa Rosa de Quives to visit the Sanctuary of our Lima saint and the Church.
During the tour we will pass through the town of Yaso, also called the town of the “100 balconies”, to observe its still preserved infrastructure of the colonial era.
Excursion to the Cordillera De La Viuda, on the way we will enjoy the most beautiful and impressive landscapes of the highlands of Lima and the passage through the different ecological levels, as a first point we will visit the Mirador De Cochapampa.
Continuing our tour we will visit the Pomara Waterfall.
Continuing our tour we will arrive to our main point the Chuchun Lagoon, 7 colors Lagoon, Leoncocha Lagoon and the snow-capped mountains of the Cordillera La Viuda that surround the landscape.
Following our tour we will visit the rural community of Cullhuay (subject to the provisions of the Municipality), located at an altitude of almost 3700 meters above sea level. Cullhuay offers the visitor the pleasure of visiting the typical Andean village of narrow, cobbled and almost solitary streets, whose inhabitants show us how welcoming and simply warm Andean hospitality can be and where you can buy delicious mountain cheeses.
Finally, on our return we will visit the fish farm of the community of HUAROS, where we can learn a little more about trout farming.
Lunch.
16:00 p.m.: At appropriate time we will move to Canta, also called Heroic Village, for having played a leading role in the battles for independence and in the war with Chile. City Tour: We will visit the Plaza de Armas with its historic colonial fountain, the portals of the Republican era, the church to admire the patron saints of Canta, the most important the Marshal Chaperito; and main streets.
We will visit the market where you can make your purchases, we recommend: (apartment bread, rolls, rosquitas, humitas, tamalitos canteños, honey, manjar blanco, cow butter, cow cheese, beef, etc.).
17:00 p.m.: Departure to the city of Lima.
20:00 p.m.: Arrival in Lima to the chosen place of concentration.
