Day 1
Full Day in Ica and Paracas
You will be picked up from your hotel located in Miraflores, Barranco or San Isidro at around 4:30 am. (Exact pick up time will be confirmed the night before the tour).
Departure to the Paracas bay located at 261 km south of Lima. 08:00 am Upon arrival we go to the tourist pier where we board a modern speedboat to start the tour to the Ballestas Islands, appreciating “El Candelabro” giant figure carved in the sand that can only be seen from the sea or the air for its capricious location.
We also appreciate important marine fauna such as large colonies of guano birds, Humboldt penguins and friendly sea lions.
After two hours we return to the Paracas dock. Time to rest, eat or take a walk.
Then we leave to the city of Ica in an one hour drive south where we will have a delicious tourist lunch and tasting of Peruvian wines and local piscos of artisan elaboration.
We continue with the visit to Huacachina known as the Oasis of America where we will have a ride through the desert and the dunes of Huacachina aboard sand cars, enjoying an afternoon full of excitement where you can slide down the dunes on sandboards.
05:30 p.m. Return to Lima, arrival and transfer to the Hotel approximately 9:30 to 10 p.m.
Day 1

What you need to know
- Minimum of 02 travelers for purchase.
- The tour is provided in shared service in a Sprinter for a maximum of 15 people.
- Bring a change of clothes due to the sea breeze.
- Bring comfortable clothes, sneakers, sandals, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, insect repellent.
- The tour to the Ballestas Islands is subject to weather conditions and access may be restricted in order to safeguard the physical integrity of the traveler, by provisions of the Peruvian Navy. In case of not being able to access, another route will be made.
- Due to the winds in the Ballestas Islands, we suggest to have a windbreaker, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen to protect us from UV rays.
- Do not wear sandals (slaps) during the tour in Huacachina.
- Carry water during the tour of Huacachina, do not carry valuables (keys, credit or debit cards, passport, jewelry) for tubing and / or sandboarding.
- Rate not valid for high season and national holidays (ask for the price if applicable).
- It is advisable to purchase travel insurance for your stay in the country.
- The service is subject to variation without previous notice, due to weather conditions (rain, bad weather, etc.), as well as any other event that does not allow the normal development of the service.
- Any cancellation for the reasons indicated above, does not apply refund, if you wish to leave before the end of the tour also does not apply refund.
- If you do not attend the day of the service, it will be considered a “No Show” with no claims or refunds.
