Day 1
Tour Cultural y Gastronómico
Average tour time: 5 hours.
9:00 a.m. Your guide will pick up from your hotel and take you to the Larco Museum, founded in 1926 and located in the district of Pueblo Libre, located in an 18th-century viceregal mansion. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, it displays an exclusive selection of delicate and sophisticated cloaks and dresses woven more than 2,500 years ago, as well as the most complete collection of pre-Hispanic peruvian gold in the world. It is known for its large warehouses and exhibition rooms of erotic ceramics.
After visiting the museum, we will head to the tavern restaurant called “El Bolivariano,” it was a farm built around 1780 , and currently is one of the most renowned traditional creole restaurants in Lima. Here we will enjoy the famous “Pisco Sour,” learn how to prepare it with our bartender, and taste this Peruvian drink.
We will also have a demonstration and tasting of one of Peru’s most representative seafood dishes “Ceviche” where our chef will teach you the secrets ingredients of this delicious appetizer.
After, you will enjoy a delicious lunch, you will choose a main course and a delicious typical dessert from the menú.
Later, you will return to your hotel.
