What you need to know
- Arrive at the beach 20 minutes before the reserved time.
- 45 minutes ticket – $. 13
- You will receive a confirmation at the time of booking.
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems.
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers.
- Not suitable for people with heart problems or serious medical conditions.
- Children over 7 years old can use the facilities and have fun with the family.
- Do not wear sharp objects such as earrings, glasses, jewelry, clothing with zippers.
- Prohibited access in a state of drunkenness.
- Swimming under the inflatables is prohibited.
- No aquashoes.
- Wear swimwear.
- Wear socks optional.
- Fill out a consent form in the office (mandatory).
- Within our team of collaborators we have 6 platform assistants, properly trained in rescue, rescue and guidance, in charge of the care of each user in the different areas of the aquatic platform.
- We have the corresponding safety equipment (life jackets) of mandatory use for the entry of visitors to our platform, as well as life rings, rigid stretcher, jet ski and inflatable evacuation available to mitigate any aquatic accident.
- When you visit our facilities you will find the area of topic with the corresponding health personnel to provide first aid for any event or incident within our facilities.
- We are in the capacity that any event or incident within our facilities will be attended in a particular way with the insurance against massive personal accidents that the company has.
