Day 1
Trekking to 69 Lagoon
5:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. Departure from the city of Huaraz, Laguna 69 is a beautiful turquoise lagoon, located under the impressive Chacraraju mountain.
We head north of the city of Huaraz, our first stop will be in a restaurant in the area to have breakfast, then we go to the checkpoint of the Huascaran National Park and make the payment of admission tickets, where we enter the Llanganuco ravine visiting the Chinancocha lagoon to take pictures of 5 minutes, we will also pass through the Horconcocha lagoon, here we do not stop only pass with mobility to Cebollapampa (3850 masl), where our hike begins.
We climb a zigzagging trail for a time of 3 hours to Laguna 69, a beautiful mirror of bright turquoise water that is at 4650 meters above sea level, surrounded by the snow-capped mountains of Chacraraju and Pisco that reflect on its waters.
The return will be a 2 hour walk to the transportation, we return to Huaraz.

What you need to know
- Children up to 2 years old do not pay, they share complete services with parents or accompanying adults.
