Itinerary
1
Day 1
Uros and Amantani
This tour starts at 08:00 a.m. with the transfer from your hotel to the Port of Puno where we will board the boat with which we will first visit the floating islands of the Uros, in Lake Titicaca there are more than 50 floating islands of which you will visit two.
On the first floating island the tour guide will explain a little about the people who live on the floating islands, after the explanation, we will have free time to walk around the island, take pictures and spend a little more than an hour visiting two islands.
After this visit we will continue with the boat trip to the island of Amantani, where we will spend the night in a family house, in the port of the island we will meet the families who will take us to their houses to accommodate us and have lunch, in the afternoon they will also take us to the meeting place for the hike (optional) to the highest point of the island (the Pachatata temple) located at 4150 M.S.N.M, 13600 feet.
In the evening the families organize a party for their visitors, they will also provide us with the typical costume of the island to participate in the party, this activity is optional.

Day 2
Taquile
The next day after breakfast the families will take us to the port to say goodbye, and then leave for the island of Taquile.
The last place we will visit will be this Island where we will find the best weavers of Peru on the island we will enjoy a nice walk where we will visit the main square which is at 3,950 M.S.N.M. 12960 feet, where we will have free time to visit the craft stores; and see the weavings of the island, we will also visit a local family where you will learn a little about Taquile and its people, after this we will continue the walk to the second port of the island and return to the city of Puno ending the tour at 3:30 pm approximately.

What you need to know
- Bring warm clothes and light clothing (the temperature changes very fast).
- Flashlight, sun hat, sunglasses, sun block, water bottle, rain gear (rainy season from October to March), hiking shoes.
